Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 1490

This 59 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient after having had saline subglandular breast implants inserted through peri areolar incisions elsewhere several years ago. The patient subsequently developed significant capsular contracture and wants her implants out. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed, or “explanted”, her 335 cc implant and capsule from her right breast and performed the same procedure on her left breast, which contained a 380 cc implant. He then performed a vertical mastopexy, also called a “lollipop lift”, or vertical mastopexy, to improve breast shape.The patient was delighted with the ease of her painless recovery. She is very happy with the look and feel of her now very soft breasts.
