Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 983

This 37 year old requested explantation or removal of her existing implants and a breast lift. She says they get in the way of her running and other activities. The patient had undergone insertion of 300 cc saline implants into a partial submuscular location through infamammary incisions years ago. After 2 pregnancies and breast feeding, her breasts enlarged and drooped. The patient is 5'3" tall, weighs 159 pounds and wears a 36DD bra.  A recent breast biospy was negative. After examining the patient, Dr Parker reviewed treatment options with the patient. They agreed to and Dr Parker subsequently performed the following procedure: removal of her saline implants and the surrounding capsules followed by a lollipop breast lift. The patient said her recovery was easy with very little pain. She loves the appearance of her breasts and finds it much easier now to run and perform all of her activities.
