Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1025

This 62 year old patient requested Dr Parker to re position her malpositioned right breast implant to make it look more the her left. She said her 375 cc saline implant had moved downward over time. At surgery, Dr Parker reconstructed her right inframammary fold using both a thermal and suture capsulorraphy, then inserted Galaform scafffold, or mesh, as additional support. This absorbable mesh will dissolve 12-18 months following surgery, long after the reconstructed fold has healed in place. The patient recovered quickly from her surgery. She is very happy with the improved symmetry of her breasts.
