Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1226

This 56 year old patient had saline breast implants inserted by Dr. Parker 15 years ago. She said she loved the way they looked and felt but sustained a deflation of the right implant following a mammogram a few weeks ago. She wished stay with the same size but now switch to silicone. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed both implants from their pockets using the well healed inframammary scars. He re expanded the right pocket and inserted 300 cc silicone implants in both sides. The patient said her recovery was very easy. She is once again very happy with the look and feel of her breast
