Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1406

This 43 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker’s underwent breast augmentation by him 14 years ago during which time he inserted 350 cc silicone breasts implants into a dual plane location through inframammary incisions. While the patient has been happy with her breasts, she asked Dr. Parker to exchange her current implants with 450 cc silicone implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker re-opened the patient’s well-healed inframammary scars, removed her existing implants, expanded the implant pockets somewhat and inserted the requested 450 cc implants. The patient said her recovery was quick and easy. She loves the size of her breasts.
