Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1413

 This 38 year old requested Dr. Parker to address the capsular contracture and hardness which had developed in her right breast in recent months. She had undergone a silicone breast augmentation 14 year earlier--375 cc silicone implants in dual plane location inserted through inframammary incisions. The patient requested her implants be increased in size to 475 cc implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker re-opened the patient’s healed inframammary scars. In the right breast, he performed a total capsulectomy and inserted a 475 cc silicone implant. In the left breast, he expanded the pocket to accommodate the larger implant and inserted a 475 cc silicone implant. The patient recovered quickly afterwards and if very pleased with the appearance and soft feel of both breasts
