Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1461

This 61 year old patient had undergone prior breast augmentation with 375 cc silicone implants and over time the right implant drifted downward and outward. She asked Dr Parker to re position the implant to match the left side more closely. The patient is 5’7” tall and weighs 127 pounds. Using her healed inframammary incision, Dr Parker performed both thermal and suture capsullorraphies to reduce the size of the implant pocket. He then sutured Galaflex absorbable mesh into the inferior and lateral aspects of the pocket to reinforce these borders of the pocket. The patient said she recovered quickly afterwards with very little pain. She is pleased with the improved symmetry between the two breasts.
