Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1464

This 49 year old is s/p saline implant insertion in the subglandular position via peri areolar incisions elsewhere a number of years ago. Over time her implants have both hardened and she requested Dr Parker to remove the implants and lift her breasts. At surgery, using her pre existing peri areolar scars, the 310 cc saline  implants and their surrounding, thickened capsules were removed. Dr Parker then performed a lollipop lift, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. The patient was delighted with the ease of her pain free recovery and appearance of her breasts afterwards.
