Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1542

This 43 year old is s/p a 350 cc silicone breast augmentation by Dr. Parker 14 years ago inserting the implants into a dual plane pocket through inframammary incisions. She requested larger implants. During her Sizing Session, the patient chose 450 cc silicone implant.  At surgery, several weeks later, Dr. Parker opened the patient's pre existing inframammary scars to expand her dual plane pockets and insert the 450 cc silicone implants. The patient said the recovery was quick and easy. She loves the fuller look her implants give her.
