Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1560

This 6o year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested removal of her saline implants and replacement with smaller silicone implants along with a breast lift. Her implants had been inserted elsewhere 25 years ago along with a peri-areolar mastopexy, or breast lift. The patient has had one child with weight gain to 160 pounds, now stable at 140. Pre-op deflation of the patient’s saline implants revealed ~ 325 cc in each implant. A subsequent Sizing Session resulted in the patient requesting 200 cc silicone implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed the patient’s saline implants from a dual plane pocket, then reduced the size of the pocket. He inserted 200 cc silicone implants and performed a vertical mastopexy to tighten and lift the breasts into the desired position.
