Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 578

This 41 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, was concerned about her loss of breast volume and sagging of her breasts. The patient is 4′11″ tall and weighs 105 pounds. She preferred to have breast augmentation alone performed without a concomitant breast lift. The patient was very concerned about putting in implants which were too large for her frame. In her Sizing Session, she selected saline implants, 125cc on the right side and 150cc on the left. The patient returned 1 1/2 years after her surgery requesting the insertion of larger implants as well as a lift. Dr. Parker removed and replaced her existing implants again with saline implants, 250cc on the right and 275cc on the left. In addition, he performed a vertical mastopexy, or “lollipop lift.” The patient recovered quickly after this surgery and is very pleased with the size and shape of her breasts.
