Breast Lift with Auto Aug Before & After Case 1240

This 42 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips after having had 2 children. Her weight went from 130 pounds before pregnancy to 205, then back down to 141 afterwards, which she says is stable. She is 5’3” tall. The patient said that after her pregnancies her breasts deflated and sagged. The skin and muscles on her abdomen stretched, so she still feels as if she looks pregnant. She would like her breasts fuller and uplifted, but insisted on not having a vertical breast scar. She wanted her abdomen and hips more contoured. At subsequent surgery, Dr Parker inserted a 300 cc silicone breast implant in the smaller right breast and 275 cc implant in the left, as well as performed peri areolar mastopexies to lift the breasts and areolas. At the same surgery, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips, removing 550 cc of fat from each hip. The patient said her recovery was not as bad as she imagined. She is very happy she had the surgery and loves how she looks, describing her experience at the Parker Center as a “life-changing” event.
