Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1301

This 64 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient after having lost 130 pounds with diet and exercise. The patient requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts, arms, abdomen, inner and outer thighs. She had previously given birth to two children. Dr. Parker discussed all of these concerns with the patient at her initial consultation and they worked out a plan for staged surgeries to address them. First, the patient underwent a breast augmentation (300 cc silicone implants were inserted in a dual plane position) and lollipop lift along with a lipoabdominoplasty. Several months later, the patient underwent a body lift and vertical inner thigh lift. Several months after that, she underwent an extended brachioplasty. The patient is a wonderful lady who bonded with the entire team at the Parker Center and Surgiplex. She cruised through these procedures always with a smile on her face and very grateful to the team who cared for her and helped change her life.
