Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1412

This 43 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker with concerns about her sagging, asymmetric breasts after having had two children. She gained, then lost 35 pounds with these pregnancies and her weight is now stable.  She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 138 pounds. Dr. Parker recommended and then performed an augmentation mastopexy. At surgery, he removed a modest amount of breast tissue from the larger left breast, inserted 300 cc silicone implants in a dual plane location in both breasts and lifted the breasts with a vertical mastopexy, commonly referred to as a “lollipop lift”. Postoperatively, the patient is very happy with the improved size, shape and symmetry of her breasts.
