Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1423

This 53 year old, referred by another patient, is status post bariatric surgery 22 years ago with weight loss from 290 to 170 pounds which she says is stable. She requested Dr. Parker to remove the loose skin from her breasts and make them fuller with more cleavage. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted the 400 cc silicone implants the patient had requested in her sizing session, then performed a vertical mastopexy, also known as a “lollipop lift”. The patient recovered quickly afterwards and loves how her breasts look and feel.
