Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1458

This 32 year old patient asked Dr Parker to lift and make her sagging breasts fuller, reduce the fullness in her abdomen and contour her inner thighs. The patient is 5’3” tall and weighs 118 pounds. Dr Parker discussed options with the patient and they arrived at the following surgical plan: Dr Parker would insert 325 cc silicone implants into the breasts through peri areolar incisions, perform peri areolar mastopexies to lift the breasts, and perform liposuction with BodyTite on her abdomen and inner thighs. Subsequently, Dr Parker performed this surgery. During the procedure, he removed 375 cc of fat from the abdomen and 200 cc of fat from each inner thigh. The patient recovered quickly afterwards saying she experienced little pain. She is very pleased with the improved appearance of her breasts, abdomen and inner thighs.
