Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1473

This 51 year old referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requested downsizing of her breast implants and a secondary breast lift. She had silicone implants inserted elsewhere several years ago along with an inverted T mastopexy; she felt the implants were too large and her breasts had sagged because of that. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed the patient’s 280 cc silicone implants, replaced them with 200 cc silicone implants and performed a lollipop lift. The patient recovered quickly and easily—she is very happy with the improved appearance of her breasts.
