Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1502

This 50 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to give her fuller, uplifted breasts and remove the loose skin from her abdomen. She said she has lost over 100 pounds through diet and exercise over 2 years and has maintained that over the past year; the patient has also had twins. During her Sizing and Shaping Sessions, the patient selected 400 cc silicone implants. The patient did not want to reduce the size of the implants and therefore Dr. Parker suggested inserting a strip of absorbable mesh along the inframammary fold to help support these implants. He also discussed a “lollipop lift”, also known as a vertical mastopexy and a lipoabdominoplasty. The patient underwent these procedures. Dr. Parker inserted the 400 cc silicone implants into partial submuscular or dual plane pockets, sutured the absorbable mesh along the inframammary fold and performed vertical mastopexies to lift the breasts into a more youthful position. Dr. Parker also performed a lipoabdominoplasty including tightening of the patient’s loose rectus muscles. The patient is extremely happy with the restoration of the much more youthful contour of her breasts and abdomen.
