Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1522

This 41 year old requests improvement in the appearance of her breasts after having had and breast fed two children, youngest 20 months old. The patient gained, then lost 80 pounds with each pregnancy; she says her weight is now stable. The patient is 5’3” tall and weighs 120 pounds.  She would like her breasts fuller and lifted. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted 450 cc silicone implants (the patient selected these in her Sizing and Shaping session) in a dual plane location, then performed a vertical mastopexy, otherwise known as a “lollipop lift” on each breast. The patient was pleased with her quick recovery and loves the natural look and soft feel of her rejuvenated breasts.
