Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 476

This 31 year old presented to Dr. Parker with concerns about her breasts. She said after a recent weight loss that her breasts lost volume and drooped. She would like them fuller, uplifted, made more symmetric and her large areolas made smaller. During her Sizing and Shaping Sessions, the patient selected 325 cc silicone implants. Dr. Parker inserted these through periareolar incisions into partial submuscular pockets. He then performed periareolar mastopexies on both breasts to reduce the size of the large areolas as well as lift the left breast so it was more symmetric with the right. The patient said her recovery was quick and pain-free. She is very happy with her fuller, uplifted breasts.
