Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 478

This 35 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. They have always been smaller than she would like. She is currently an A cup and would like to be a full B cup. The patient is 5”6″ tall and weighs 122 pounds. Dr. Parker performed bilateral breast augmentation inserting 275 cc silicone implants into dual plane pockets through peri-areolar incisions. At the same time, he performed a left peri-areolar mastopexy, or lift, elevating the left nipple areolar complex to the same height as the right for optimal symmetry. The patient’s recovery was unremarkable. She loves her soft, natural looking, fuller and more symmetric breasts.
