Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 975

This patient had undergone correction of her tuberous breasts with insertion of silicone implants and a periareolar mastopexy 4 ½ years earlier (see Case #1011). Since then, she had another baby one year ago, causing her breasts to lose volume and sag. Additionally, the patient asked Dr Parker to make her abdomen flatter and more contoured. She was ok with her hips as is. The patient is 5’0” tall, weighs 123 pounds and wears a 32 C cup. At surgery, Dr Parker removed her 300 and 325 cc silicone breast implants, replaced them with 450 cc silicone implants and performed a “lollipop lift”. In addition, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty. Again, the patient recovered quickly afterwards. She is very happy with her breasts and abdomen. She also noted that her hips have been improved by the tightening of her abdominal muscles and skin with her tummy tuck without any liposuction having been performe
