Breast Lift Before & After Case 968

This 52 year old requested Dr Parker to improve the appearance of her breasts, abdomen, hips and back. She said her breasts have been large since they developed and became even larger and sagged following her pregnancies. She would also like her lax abdominal skin removed as well as hips and back more contoured. She is 5'4" tall and weighs 155 pounds which she says is stable. She wears a 34 I bra and would like to be a full C or D cup. Dr Parker discussed treatment options with her in detail and arrived at the following plan: a vertical breast reduction and lift, a Parker Tummy Tuck, Bodytite and SAFElipo to her hips and back to address the contour both her mild skin laxity and fatty excess in these areas. At surgery, all of this was performed. Dr Parker removed 285 grams of breast tissue from her right breast and 320 grams from her left. He removed 700 cc of fat from each of her hips with BodyTite and SAFElipo as well as 200 cc of fat from each side of her back. The patient is very pleased with the markedly improved contour of these areas.
