Breast Reduction Before & After Case 1477

This 35 year old is status post insertion of 370 cc subglandular silicone breast implants with peri areolar mastopexies 16 years ago elsewhere for tuberous breasts. Over time, she has gained weight from 135 to 160 pounds; with that, her breasts have become larger than she likes and have sagged. The patient asked to have the implants removed and breasts lifted. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed the silicone implants and surrounding capsules. He then performed a vertical mastopexy, or “lollipop lift”. The patient said her recovery was easy. She is very happy with how her breasts look and feel. She also finds working out to be much easier, clothes fit so much better and she feels much more self-confident.
