Breast Reduction Before & After Case 1572

This 60 year old, referred by another patient, requested a breast reduction and lift for breasts which progressively enlarged over time and have remained that way for years; she said she wears a DDD cup. The patient is 5’4” tall and weighs 190 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a breast reduction and vertical mastopexy, otherwise known as a “lollipop lift” on the patient. He removed 640 grams of tissue from the right breast and 395 grams from the smaller left breast. The patient remarked immediately after surgery that her neck and back felt so much better after the extra weight had been removed from her breasts and them lifted higher on her chest. She is very happy with her markedly improved breasts.
