Correction of Tubular Breasts Before & After Case 1011

This 36 year old patient requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She did not like the way they looked before pregnancy and liked them even less after having had children. The patient says they lost fullness and drooped; she would like them fuller, uplifted and the areolas made smaller. The patient is 5'0" tall, weighs 118 pounds and wears a 34 B cup. Dr. Parker explained that she has “tuberous breasts” which have been exacerbated by pregnancies. He explained he would improve her breasts by releasing the constricting bands on the lower pole of her breasts, insert implants into a dual plane location,  reduce the size of her areolas and lift the areolas higher on her breasts with a peri areolar mastopexy. Dr Parker subsequently performed this surgery, inserting a 325 cc silicone implant in her right breast and 300 cc implant in her left. The patient recovered quickly afterwards and is very pleased with the appearance of her breasts.
