Correction of Tubular Breasts Before & After Case 1457

This 21 year old requested Dr. Parker to correct her tuberous breasts. She wished to have implants inserted to make her breasts fuller with more cleavage, be more symmetric and have the breasts lifted. The patient is 5’7” tall and weighs 180 pounds. Dr Parker inserted 350 cc silicone implants into a partial submuscular or dual plane location. He released the fibrous bands in the lower pole of her breasts, reduced the size of the areolas and performed a peri areolar mastopexy. The patient said her recovery was easier than expected. She is very happy with the much improved appearance of her breasts.
