Correction of Tubular Breasts Before & After Case 1471

This 20 year old requested Dr. Parker to make her tuberous breasts rounder and fuller. She selected 375 cc silicone implants during her Sizing Sessions. The patient felt the right breast filled out her bra cup somewhat more so than the left. The patient is 5’4” tall and weighs 140 pounds. Dr. Parker carefully explained the patient had tuberous breasts. He explained the details of the procedure to improve the appearance of her breasts. At surgery, usings peri areolar incisions, Dr. Parker lowered the inframammary folds, expanded the lower pole of the breast, inserted a 350 cc silicone implant in the right breast and 375 cc implant in the smaller left breast. He then performed a peri areolar mastopexy on both sides to lift the areolas in to a more aesthetic position. The patient recovered quickly after the procedure. She is very pleased with the significant improvement in the appearance of her breasts
