Correction of Tubular Breasts Before & After Case 1514

This 21 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts which she has not liked since they developed. She would like her breasts fuller and lifted higher on her chest. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 325 cc silicone implant in a dual plane location in the patient’s right breast and 275 cc implant in her left. He then performed a circumvertical mastopexy to lift her breasts as well as the nipple areolar complexes. The patient is thrilled with the ease and speed of her recovery as well as the results of her surgery.
