Brow Lift Before & After Case 98

This 38 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting improvement in the appearance of her low eyebrows, excess upper eyelid skin, puffiness of her lower eyelids and deepening tear troughs. Dr. Parker performed an endoscopic brow lift, upper lid blepharoplasty and lower lid blepharoplasty. In performing the lower eyelid blepharoplasty, he used transconjunctival incisions (hidden on the inside of the lower eyelid) to remove her herniated fat and transferred it to help fill in her “tear troughs”. Dr. Parker then performed a TCA peel to rejuvenate the crepey lower eyelid skin. The patient recovered quickly afterwards without pain. She is very happy with the rejuvenated and more youthful appearance of her eyebrows and eyelids. Note the importance of addressing the low eyebrows at the same time as the eyelids—this gave the patient the much more youthful appearance she desired.
