Chin Implants Before & After Case 890

This 39 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requesting improvement in the fullness of her neck and her weak chin. She says these are family traits. The patient is 5’5″ tall and weighs 127 pounds. During the patient’s initial consultation, Dr. Parker explained that liposuction of her neck and inserting a chin implant would address her concerns. He supplemented his discussion with computer imaging, showing the patient what she should look like after surgery with these procedures. Under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker subsequently performed SAFE liposuction on the patient’s neck, removing 50 cc of fat and inserted a # 3 extended anatomic chin implant. The patient recovered quickly with little pain after surgery. She is thrilled with the markedly improved appearance of her neck and chin as well as how these two procedures performed together complemented one another.
