This 23 year old was concerned about her dorsal nasal hump and breathing difficulty. An open rhinoplasty, septal reconstruction and bilateral inferior turbinectomies were performed by Dr. Parker. At the same time, he inserted an extended chin implant through a short submental incision. Postoperatively, the patient’s breathing was markedly improved.
