Chin Implants Before & After Case 892

This 24 year old patient has never liked the dorsal hump on her nose. During the patient’s consultation with Dr. Parker, he explained how a rhinoplasty could improve the patient’s profile. Using computer imaging, he also showed the patient how inserting a chin implant at the same time would complement that and enhance her facial balance. Subsequently, Dr. Parker performed a rhinoplasty and through a short incision just below the mandible, inserted an extended anatomic silastic chin implant. The patient was very happy with the improvement in her facial aesthetics.
