Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 104

This 61 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker’s requested improvement in the appearance of her eyelids. She was bothered by their overall increasingly aged appearance and the progressive puffiness of her lower eyelids. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an upper lid blepharoplasty, removing the excess skin from the upper eyelids. Regarding the lower eyelids, he removed her herniated fat and transferred it to the crease below the puffy area called the “tear trough”. In addition, Dr. Parker performed a 30% TCA peel to rejuvenate and tighten the remaining skin on the lower eyelids without any incisions. A lateral canthopexy was also done to support the eyelids during the healing process. The patient is delighted with the rejuvenated appearance of her eyelids and her more youthful appearance
