Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 109

This 61 year old existing patient of Dr Parker’s requested improvement in the appearance around her eyes. She said she was increasingly bothered by her sagging brows, redundant upper eyelid skin and puffiness in her lower eyelids. Dr Parker performed several procedures at the same time to rejuvenate her peri orbital area. He performed an endoscopic brow lift to lift the eye brows into a more youthful position. He performed and upper lid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin from the upper eyelids,. He then performed a lower lid blepharoplasty whereby he removed the herniated lower lid fat, injected harvested fat to smooth the transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek and performed erbium laser resurfacing of the lower eyelid skin to tighten the skin. The patient said her recovery was better than anticipated. She is pleased with the rejuvenated appearance of her peri orbital area.
