Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 1092

This 53 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by other patients with concerns about the aging appearance of her eyes. She was bothered by her excess upper lid skin which had developed and puffiness of her lower lids. Dr. Parker subsequently performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to address the redundant upper eyelid skin. Regarding her lower eyelids, he performed transconjuctival fat removal to address the puffiness, fat transfer to help soften her "tear troughs", a skin pinch, lateral canthopexy and 30% TCA peel performed to the peri orbital area. The patient was pleased with her recovery. She loves the natural but more youthful appearance of her eyes.
