Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 1187

This 30 year old was referred to Dr. Parker requesting improvement in the appearance of her lower eyelids. She said that they looked increasingly puffy with deepening grooves in the “tear trough” area for several years. Under general anesthesia, Dr. Parker removed the herniated lower lid fat through hidden incisions on the inside of the eyelid which was causing the puffiness. He then injected a conservative amount of fat to the tear troughs to help fill them in, creating better blending from the lower eyelid to the cheek. Because the patient had excellent skin tone without wrinkling, nothing needed to be done to her skin. Therefore, this patient had a “scarless” lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She enjoyed a prompt recovery without pain. The patient is very pleased with the appearance of her lower eyelids and thanked Dr. Parker for doing such a great job!
