Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 1213

This 74 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient. She asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids. Specifically, she was bothered by her redundant upper lid skin and puffiness of her lower lids. Dr. Parker performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with an internal browpexy. Regarding her lower eyelids, he performed transconjunctival fat removal to address the puffiness, fat was transferred to help soften her “tear troughs”, excess skin removed with a “skin pinch”, a lateral canthopexy for lid support and 30% TCA peel performed to improve the quality of the skin around the eyes. The patient was pleased with her quick recovery. She loves the natural, more youthful appearance of her eyes.
