Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 1214

This 57 year old expressed concern about the aging appearance of her eyes. Specifically, she was bothered by her redundant upper lid skin and puffiness of her lower lids. She had seen another plastic surgeon who recommended a brow lift but she was adamant in not wanting this done. Dr. Parker discussed various options with her during her initial consultation and together he and the patient agreed upon the following plan: an upper eyelid blepharoplasty with an internal browpexy in lieu of a brow lift. Regarding her lower eyelids, transconjunctival fat removal would be performed to address the puffiness, fat would be transferred to help soften her “tear troughs”, a skin pinch, lateral canthopexy and 30% TCA peel performed as well. The patient is very pleased with the more youthful appearance of her eyes.
