Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 69

This 34 year old requested rejuvenation of her eyelids. She was bothered by the crepiness of her upper eyelids and puffiness of her lower lids. Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. From the upper lids, he removed conservative amount of skin and a small amount of medial fat. From the lower lids, he removed the herniated fat causing the puffiness through transconjunctival incisions. Because of the patient’s age and skin quality, Dr. Parker did not have to remove any skin from the lower eyelids. The patient recovered quickly and loves her natural, rejuvenated appearance.
