Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 94

This 44 year old existing Parker Center patient asked Dr. Parker to rejuvenate her upper and lower eyelids. In recent years, her upper eyelids had developed some excess skin and her lower eyelids had become increasingly puffy, making the patient look tired, even when she is well-rested.  Dr. Parker removed the small amount of excess skin from her upper eyelids with incisions that are inconspicuous in the upper eyelid crease called, the “supratarsal fold”. In the lower eyelids, he performed a “scarless procedure” to rejuvenate the patient’s lower eyelids. Using a transconjunctival incision on the inside of the lower eyelid so it could not be seen, Dr. Parker removed the unwanted fat and transferred it to the “tear troughs” for better blending of the junction between the lower eyelid and cheek. Dr. Parker then applied a 30% TCA peel to the patient’s loose lower eyelid skin to smooth and tighten it without incisions. The patient recovered quickly from the procedure and loves the more youthful, cleaner appearance of both her upper and lower eyelids.
