Facelift Before & After Case 1511

This 52 year old, referred by another patient to Dr. Parker, requested him to remove her excess upper and lower eyelid skin and rejuvenate the remaining skin. In addition, she asked him to rejuvenate the soft tissue laxity of her face and neck. She said she had sustained a dog bite to her left mid cheek as a child (treated with sutures) and wished to leave this alone. At surgery, Dr. Parker excised the excess skin from the patient’s upper and lower eyelids, performed a lateral canthopexy as well as a 30 % TCA peel to the skin of the eyelids and surrounding area. He then performed a SMAS biplaner face and neck lift with conservative fat injections to improve upon the loss of subcutaneous fat with aging. The patient is very pleased with her very natural improved and more youthful appearance.
