Facelift Before & After Case 1531

This 58 year old, existing patient of Dr. Parker’s, returned asking him to improve the appearance of her aging eyelids as well as improve the contour and soft tissue laxity of her face and neck. She was bothered by her overhanging jowls and fullness in her neck. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty to rejuvenated her eyelids. At the same time, he performed a SMAS face and neck lift along with conservative fat injections and a peri-oral dermabrasion to smooth the wrinkles around her mouth. The patient was delighted with her quick recovery after surgery and her appearance.
