This 64 year old was referred by her dermatologist to address her concerns about her sagging facial and neck skin along with her increasingly prominent jowls. Several weeks later, Dr. Parker performed a SMAS facelift along with fat injections to the face as well as a medial and lateral platysmaplasty necklift. He injected fat conservatively to help elevate the cheek bones, soften the naslolabial folds and marionette lines and along the jaw line as well.
