Facelift Before & After Case 39

This 61 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker’s was bothered by the laxity and sagging of her mid and lower face, as well as her neck. Her weight is stable. The patient had undergone liposuction of her neck and an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty 20 years ago. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a SMAS facelift with conservative fat injections to replace lost facial volume due to aging along with a medial and lateral platysmaplasty necklift. The patient had a normal Parker Center, rapid recovery. She is very happy with her rejuvenated and natural looking face and neck.
