Lip Lift Before & After Case 1407

This 68 year old requests a lip lift to both shorten and evert her upper lip which she says has lengthened over time.  At the time of surgery, Dr. Parker determined the desired height of the upper lip with the help of the patient. Under local anesthesia, he carefully excised the marked “bull horn” shaped ellipse of skin and subcutaneous tissue. Dr. Parker then carefully closed the incision with multiple layers of sutures to render the scar imperceptible. The patient recovered quickly and easily from the procedure. She loves her natural-looking rejuvenated upper lip and plans to have Dr. Parker perform the dermabrasion they previously discussed in several months.
