Neck Contouring Before & After Case 1549

This 60 year old is s/p a face and neck lift 20 years ago elsewhere. She sustained a 20 pound weight gain, then loss with pregnancy. The patient asked Dr. Parker to improve the contour of her neck but was ok with her face as is. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a secondary neck lift. He performed a medial platysmaplasty through the patient’s existing submental scar, then a lateral platysmaplasty utilizing her post auricular scars. The patient healed quickly and well postoperatively. She loves the markedly improved contour of her neck.
