This 49 year old was bothered by the fullness of her neck. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, he explained because she had relatively excess subcutaneous tissue and good skin elasticity, liposuction alone could be performed to improve the contour of her neck. Under local anesthesia, Dr Parker performed SAFE liposuction on the patient’s neck, removing 50 cc of fat from the area treated. She indeed recovered quickly with little swelling and bruising. The patient is quite pleased with the improved contour and appearance of her neck.
