Otoplasty Before & After Case 1292

This 26 year old patient requested Dr. Parker to improve her prominent ears which she said have bothered her for some time. At surgery, under local anesthesia and using incisions hidden behind the ears, Dr. Parker created a more defined antihelical fold with sutures, then inserted additional sutures into the concha to bring the ear closer to the head. The incisions were closed with absorbable sutures. The patient recovered quickly and easily. She loves how her ears look very natural and not “operated upon” and the incisions cannot be seen.
