Otoplasty Before & After Case 985

This 15 year patient old asked Dr Parker to improve the appearance of her prominent ears which have bothered her since she was 8 years old. Dr Parker explained what is entailed in an otoplasty procedure. Several weeks later, he performed her surgery under local anesthesia by inserting permanent sutures to create a well defined anti helical fold, then set back the concha to bring the ear closer to the scalp.
